Jacob M. Bennefield LC, a certified lighting designer, obtained his bachelor's degree in Environmental Design, with an emphasis in architecture, in 2010 from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Since then, he has held multiple positions in the electrical and lighting design industry, both on the management and design sides. Jacob opened Studio Lightning in January of 2017 to pursue what has developed as a true passion, lighting design. At Studio Lightning, we create lighting designs that provide safety and beauty while preserving the night sky. We believe that the shadows are just as important as the light.
